Coach Rona helped me a lot, I love her and respect her so much because she was there for me and understood me the most when I was at my lowest. She helped me with a lot of things, but the most was that she helped me build my confidence step by step. She also told me that I shouldn’t care about what people think, it’s my life and I do whatever makes ME happy. My family told me that too, but hearing it from Coach Rona was different and magical. Now, everytime I want to do something that I think people will laugh about, I remember Coach Rona and I gain my confidence back in a second! I just wanted to say how your coaching sessions have helped me so much, you taught me new ways to think and in a more positive way, which has changed a lot for me and you’ve changed my perspective about everything in life. You’ve also taught me how to be consistent and disciplined throughout the hard times and good times and easily just enjoying the process. If you haven’t taught me any of these I wouldn’t be here today, you’ve genuinely helped me more than you know I can see so many improvements and when something goes wrong I think of your advice and the “soup recipe”! but in all seriousness, you have changed my perspective in life and that has helped me so much.
